For active developer option

Then go to in developer options and select moke location as fly GPS

Then install pokemon go  and after game you are all set to go

Open fly GPS
And search your own location where ever you wants
Or select your create location
Then tap on your location icon
I set as los angles this is good place for poke store

After that click on GPS service run

Now click on joystick location mode (pokemon)

Now click on home button by your phone
Now you can see joy stick  for move your player

And a icon of fly GPS on your home screen

Now you can open pokemon go and play
Sit on your home
Using this trick I reach 9th levels
